Supporting The Community

Supporting local charities and the community is at the heart of our business

OUR CHARITIES IN 2024

This year, we will be supporting and working with three charities which are very closely aligned with our visions and values to look after generations of customers and families and support the wellness of the community.
The Red Rose Community Farm

The Red Rose Community Farm

The Red Rose Community Farm provides a therapeutic environment with friendship and learning opportunities for those with learning disabilities, people suffering from ill mental health, and vulnerable children and families.

It is run by The Befriending Scheme charity, there is livestock to care for and gardens to attend to. The charity provides accredited training in horticulture and will soon be a forest school.

They have relocated from Assington to a much larger site in Lindsey, so there is a great opportunity for Perrywood to raise funds to help the new site thrive.

Hope for Tomorrow

Hope for Tomorrow

Hope for Tomorrow raise funds to purchase and maintain mobile cancer units that offer treatment for those needing treatment for cancer. They bring cancer care facilities into the heart of communities making it more convenient and less stressful for patients.

They currently have 14 units across the country, all individually named.

We will be working with them to help support our local unit named 'Frisbey' which is based at the West Suffolk Hospital and often visits the Sudbury Community Centre.
