An ever evolving garden centre

This is an ever evolving garden centre that’s literally never the same 2 months running. With a vast array of plants, pots, planters, and garden furniture, too.

They revolve their stock with the changing seasons, especially at Christmas. Prices are reasonable and competitive for what you receive quality wise.

Ample free parking spaces are available, including disabled parking spaces.

Easy access and just a short skip from Sudbury and Great Cornard, too.

My first visit but definitely not my last

This was my first visit but definitely not my last. There is a good variety of plants and gardening accessories. I loved how the plants were displayed according to their suitability (i.e for clay soil or wildlife attracting etc). The coffee shop is clean and offers a lovely variety of cakes and food (menu’s online). The staff were extremely helpful. The lady in the garden area helped me choose my Hebes and then took the trolley to the till for me until I was ready. She also helped with downloading the app and joining which entitled me to a free drink. Another offered to help me load my big pots in the car and everyone seemed genuinely happy in their work which is very refreshing and makes for an excellent shopping experience. Looking forward to my next visit.

An amazing garden centre

Perrywood is an amazing garden centre they have an amazing selection of plants trees shrubs some of which I have never seen before but it is helping to inspire me for what to put in my garden next year it’s a garden centre which just keeps on giving. There is so much to look at, birds flying everywhere as well it’s lovely I love the smells from some of the plants just sensory overload wow is all I can say.

We all got hands on creating wonderful dishes under the expert tuition of ‘Chef’ Tarrant who gave us plenty of hints and tips to take away with us. Well worth the money and we can’t wait to book the next one! Thanks Tarrant and see you soon!

Love this garden centre

Love this garden centre staff very helpful and know the subject. The place is laid out very well from clay soil to wet, dry, shade and more. If you don’t know ask but things are well labelled. Toilet out by the door and a large car park.

Knowledgeable staff, pleasant surroundings

Good variety of plants , shrubs, trees, etc . Knowledgeable staff, pleasant surroundings, nice café. Really hope they continue will definitely recommend and get our plants here.

Highly recommend a visit

I visited here recently and the new Spring collection of plants, flowers and Easter/Spring bunnies, etc is amazing. Also the lovely sights and smells, coming from the inside café are very mouth watering too. I would highly recommend a visit to this lovely Garden Centre.

The very best I have ever visited

Perrywood Garden Centre Sudbury is clearly the very best I have ever visited. I am a keen gardener, visit many different garden centres, Perrywood staff are so pleasant, polite, and very helpful. Their plant selection is very varied and are maintained in good condition.

Breathtakingly beautiful

Absolutely fab displays of the decade Christmas. Breathtakingly beautiful, bought a tree and nostalgia decs just as my father made them way back in the 50s.
Thank you all so much, many thankyous to the kind lady who found me a bus dec and may I say the food in the cafe was excellent.

Nice to be served by a smile.

I took my son to see some Magic of Christmas it was very lovely displays. The lady on the till was so lovely and interacted with my son and was patient with him while he got his money out. She was so lovely and friendly. Nice to be served by a smile.

Very impressed with the variety of plants

Popped in purely for a cup of tea. After tea, we browsed the centre and were very impressed with the variety of plants and other items for sale. Excellent choice and the plants all looked healthy and well cared for. Will be back to make some indoor plant purchases. It was enjoyable to visit the Christmas section too.
